Experience requirement
Minimum of 5 years experience operating within a fixed income /equities/ Derivatives either in Front or Middle Office or Development roles. Ideally you would have been involved in the business requirements definition or development of FIX/Algo pricing platforms currently used by Portfolio mangers & dealers. Exposure to Buyside technology e,g (Charles River ,Bloomberg TOMS/POMS, DSTI, OMX, ORC Trading, FlexTrade, FIX integration etc)

Remuneration
As a premium solutions provider - we are looking for Tier1 profiles whom have a demonstrable record of outperformance in their past and current roles. These candidates will secure “premium market” packages in addition to travel/accomodation allowances for roles based outside of our regional headquarters in Singapore. Additionally, attractive incentive schemes are available for the right candidates whom display leadership qualities required to build & manage teams within the business.
Skills Requirement.
1. Fantastic analytical capabilities, having operated within Investment Management/ Portfolio and or Hedge Fund environments / Trading implementation environments. Emerging markets (EM) exposure a plus.
2. Strong understanding of Capital Markets/Buyside Technology and proven experience in working with both internal & external clients to deliver Portfolio Mgmt platform solutions.
3. Must have demonstrable experience through banking , system vendor or project consulting – working with the following Asset Classes or Trading Strategies
• Fixed Income/Equity Securities/FX & Derivatives • Global Macro , Relative Value , Index Arbitrade or Long/Short • EXposure to Algo Trading platforms and FIX Protocol and compliance.
4. Client (internal/external) project delivery/implementation experience preferred with solid understanding of the Project Implementation & Software Development & Life Cycle and related documentation requirements:
• Project Initiation/ Timescales & Deliverables
• Business Requirements Definition
• Project Coordination/communication
• Order Management , Trading/Compliance workflows
• Gap analysis , Business & Technical Specifications for development
• User Acceptance , Dress Rehearsal, GOLive scheduling
• Vendor Liaison / Issues Tracking/resolution management
