Area:
The role is part of the newly created TMG in Front Office supporting the Sales & Trading business. The function will be responsible for all aspects of Client Services in HK. The businesses covered are Equity Derivatives, Synthetic Equity, Fixed Income, Convertible Bonds and Equity Agency Trading.
Role:
Sitting on the trading floor the successful candidate will work across products and will be an important addition to the team in a fast paced and dynamic environment
To deal with both internal and external counterparts. Our internal partners include sales, traders and credit officers, etc. The majority of the team's external clients are from Asia (with LDN servicing the EMEA and US servicing the US clients)
To be a single point of contact
To understanding clients' needs and requirements
To come up with improvement items with TMG
To handle the queries and requests independently
Requirements:
Excellent understanding of the Asian equity markets including trade date and settlement date processes including trade confirmations, clearing and settlements and controls
Strong problem solving skills, analytical skills and the ability to present clear, concise and well thought out presentations
Self motivated and able to motivate others
Good influencing skills
High level of initiative
Able to overcome resistance / objections
Team Player
High awareness of the need to be client focused
Able to work independently and under pressure
