Responsible for developing, maintaining and expanding effective relationships with new clients as well as expanding relationships with existing clients. The position is responsible for providing support to the establishment of prospective clients. Position works with the Vice President in the creation, development and the execution of Integrated's business plan as well as plansfor each client in coordination with the Division's overall business objectives, revenue and profitability goals. Serves as the point person for clients and directs actions that cover various company departments and processes. Manages and supports client services managers. The Client Service Director is also responsible to understand and manage all products and services provided by Integrated to our clients as well as cross-selling additional revenue-generating products and services to existing clients.
Qualifications
Develops new and maintains existing client relationships for more complex, demanding clients. Develops annual client business plans which support Integrated objectives through cross-selling of products that meet the client's need. Recruits, hires, trains and develops the Client Services staff. This includes providing the on-going support of career pathing by establishing goals, creating development plans and giving interim and annual employee reviews. Manages the execution of an effective client service model that manages the needs of our clients in a responsive, proactive manner. Provides primary relationship support to existing clients through communication of services which include cross-selling and solicitation of mutual funds, business enhancements and overall management of services provided by Integrated. Proactively identifies client needs and resolves client service issues through the coordination of input from multiple departments. Demonstrates knowledge of all departmental services and objectives at Integrated in order to assist the Vice President in managing the creation and execution of client business plans. Actively participates in client contract negotiations. Prepares and delivers client management reports regarding all activities and services provided for each relationship. Schedules and conducts on-site client visits to review satisfaction with current services, introduce additional and enhanced products, delivers service-related training and participates in Board Presentations. Attends and promotes Integrated at various industry conferences. Enhances Integrated's market position through development of relationships with “centers of influence” and identifies new business development opportunities. Assists Vice President in the management of new business development activities, including responding to requests for proposals, attending industry conferences and participating in trade shows. Actively manages new client projects, fund conversions and new business start-ups.
