Our client is seeking an attorney with at least four and no more than seven years experience in all aspects of the fund management practice. This position is located in San Francisco.
This practice group advises clients on all aspects of the fund management business, including regulatory compliance, disclosure under the federal securities laws, corporate governance, and transactional, tax and contract matters. In addition to providing ongoing advice and counsel to investment management firms, the firm is active in representing investment companies and investment advisers in administrative proceedings and litigation in a variety of federal and state arenas. Requirements: The ideal candidate will have a law degree from a top 20 law school will have worked in the fund formation vertical for a major laws firm since finishing laws school. Our client is seeking a professionals who has experience with many aspects of the financial services industry, including investment companies, hedge funds, Fund of Funds, retail and institutional broker-dealers, and municipal bond underwriters.
