One of our clients located in the city center, is currently looking for an:
Accountant UK (M/F)
Your responsibilities:
Process all accounting entries Add new suppliers/customers and their bank details to financial reporting system. Review of weekly revenue and cash transfer report. Preparation of payment runs Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures on payment authorisation. Undertake bank, supplier and inter-company statement reconciliations Maintain close working relationship with key contacts at the corporate centre in the UK. Assist with the transmission of payment runs for invoices, salaries and expenses. Ensure that records are appropriately maintained in order to fulfil all local tax, legal and regulatory requirements. Undertake departmental general administrative duties. Assist in ad hoc analysis. Produce daily, weekly and monthly subscriber reports.
Your profile:
Accounting degree 1st experience accepted Fluent in English – written and spoken (French or German is a plus) Good at prioritising work and meeting tight deadline Proactive, self starter and ability to work independently and in team Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills Advanced excel skills Strong reconciliation skills, attention to detail essential
