Company Secretary (Ref 0804-83ADV)
In this role, you will :
provide general company secretarial for Luxembourg entities
liaise with external lawyers and auditors on company secretarial matters
respond to KYC queries
local statutory filing
monitor compliance, ensuring corporate secretarial related requirements are met
Your profile:
English mother tongue level
finance or law related university degree
at least 5 years experience in a similar role
reliable, disciplined, independent and capable of taking the initiative
Only candidates who are EU residents or currently hold a valid Luxembourg work permit can be considered for this position
