Multistrategy Hedge Fund requires a Credit Specialist PM and Analyst to work with their Special Situations team
The special situations team for a global multistrategy hedge fund seeks a PM and Analyst with broad credit experience (preferably including leveraged loans, high yield bonds and CDS) to support the senior portfolio manager in managing the firms distressed debt positions.
Our client has over $10bn in funds under management and regards itself as a leader and innovator in the alternative investment space. These hires form part of a new expansion of the focus into stressed/distressed investment situations.
These positions will carry significant responsibility and our client will only consider candidates with directly relevant experience who will fit with their strong team-based culture.
Of interest are those who have backgrounds in high yield and leveraged loan analysis and structuring, and/or restructuring. Exposure to use of CDS is also desirable.
Particularly of interest are candidates with existing investment experience or from similar hedge fund backgrounds. However those on the dealer side or with strong investment banking or private equity experience are also encouraged to apply.
