Job Description: Reporting to the IOWA team manager based in Princeton, this IOWA analyst is responsible for assisting in the implementation of new GSAS clients. In this capacity there are document preparation, system setup and configuration, and GSAS team coordination tasks. This analyst will help introduce GSAS technology to new (and sometimes existing) clients. This may require web demonstrations and/or client site visits. In order to sufficiently document our service arrangements with clients, legal agreement preparation and tracking is another primary role. As this individual is part of a broader team there will be ongoing project work assigned on any of a number of development or conversion efforts. Data conversion testing, systems introduction work with existing staff, project status updating, and other tasks can be expected at any time. Finally, this individual will assist in the preparation of management reports in areas such as team efficiency, client profitability, and valuation oversight.
Duties include: a. Client and prospect technology demos b. Legal agreement coordination between clients, GSAS personnel and outside counsel c. Tracking the completion of all matters around client on-boarding d. Preparation of business analysis reports for senior GSAS management e. Special projects assignments in areas of data checkout, rollout, and new request documentation
Education and experience:
a. 4 year degree with finance focus b. Previous experience in fund accounting or administration c. Legal document review or preparation a plus d. Active project tracking or management experience
