Global Real Estate Fund is seeking a Director to lead its European business
The role is based in London and the successful candidate will be responsible for leading & growing an already sizeable group investing across the EMEA region and lead to origination of investment. The person will be part of a growing team of professionals based in London and work in close collaboration with their counterparts in America.
Essential Competencies and Skills:
-A demonstrated pattern of success in real estate investment -Significant pan-European investment experience -Experience leading teams and leading negotiations -Strong written and verbal communication skills and positive attitude -Exposure/knowledge of the market -Relevant language skills -A team player with strong inter-personal skills -University degree from recognised university (MBA would be useful but not essential) -Keen to travel in the region
