For my client, a leading international life insurance company, I am recruiting a German Senior Fund Accountant to work in a dynamic and challenging work environment.
In this role you will:
Be responsible for ensuring all deadlines and service standards are met and that team members work is accurate and all procedures are followed
Ensure that the workload is managed efficiently and to the highest standard
Participate in the training of new team members and providing feedback to the management
Ensure that all reconciliation is clean and all client enquiries are answered professionally and within time deadlines
Ability to take decisions in the absence of the manager or supervisor
Build solid relationships with members of the Client Services department with the aim of ensuring broker satisfaction
Responsible for the correct and timely processing of the automated procedures related to their team including the timely delivery of all projects allocated to them
The ideal candidate:
You have 3+ years experience in fund accounting
Great team player with strong problem solving attributes
Fluent in German and English
Displays a high level of professionalism and respect
