Development Team Leader, C++, C# Excel VBA, Portfolio Trading, Equity Derivatives, to join a large leading city based Hedge Fund. The global development pool consists of around 60 developers that are broken down to teams of 4-8 developers per team. We require a technically hands on team leader who will mainly act as the technical authority to an architectural level working mainly on new and existing in-house built systems. You will specifically be covering all areas of development with the Equity Portfolio Trading systems. The leadership elements will include architectural design work with liaison with senior management on a regular basis to present technical solutions/architectural authority to meet the immediate business needs. Recent experience of team leading will be required as well as a technical background in Java and/or C++, C#, Excel VBA and experience of Black & Scholes, Monte Carlo Simulations and building pricing libraries for Quants would be greatly beneficial.
