Our client, a major international financial institution, is looking for a pro-active people manager with solid fund industry experience (5 to 8 years) to manage a pricing team (5 to 10 staff members) in charge of a group of funds for a specific region. Are you ready for the challenge ?
Team Leader - Pricing (ref 0806-3ET)
You responsibilities will include :
participating in the launch of new funds, the set up of new instruments, ....
ensuring that daily valuation of securities and exchange traded derivatives are in accordance with internal
liaising with third-party providers, external data vendors and clients.
reviewing existing processes and procedures for future automation
managing your team (job performance appraisals, ...)
Your profile:
BAC + 4 degree in finance or economics or relevant experience
between 5 to 8 years experience in fund industry or audit, specialised in pricing,valuation,security back office area
expertise in security market related to the various features of financial instruments covering also derivative products
thorough knowledge of Bloomberg, Reuters, Telekurs and FTS
strong knowledge of investment funds business and investments in general
fluent written and spoken English and French
outstanding leadership skills
