A Top-tier Investment Bank is looking to build out their front office oil and products desk within the Commodities business by bringing on board an experienced Quant Analyst.
The core responsibilities of the work itself will involve model and product development and implementation, as well as providing direct support to traders – explaining model behaviour and predictions, identifying major sources or risk in portfolios and carrying out scenario analysis.
They are looking for candidates with significant relevant experience with quantitative modelling and/or derivatives trading desk support, preferably in Commodities, oil and/or oil products to add immediate value to the team. A deep understanding of Options pricing theory, probability theory, stochastic processes and strong object-orientated programming skills are all required.
