DUTIES:
Manage administrative projects
Human Ressources tasks, including dealing with the staff rota, holidays/absence, payroll, meetings and visits, reservations
Manage the telephone and welcome visitors
Filing and transmitting accounts documents
Deal with payments and billings
PROFILE:
Fluent English and French are both essential for this role. Spanish would be a great advantage
Exposure to accounting
Good command of Word, Excel, Powerpoint
Excellent organisational skills with great attention to detail
Ability to work as part of a team
Dynamic person with excellent interpersonal skills
Immediate start with possibility of a CDI or CDD contract
