Our client is a top tier US Investment Bank looking to add a seasoned individual to their team Sales Support Team. Working closely with Front Office, this role will give you a chance to manage a team and deal with multiple products.
Working closely in a team of 9, you will be supporting the AEJ Institutional and Corporate Sales Team. You will be responsible in processing trade bookings, trade matching, fails management, account maintenance and sales credit adjustments. There will be opportunities to participate in a range of regional & global projects; including any process improvement initiatives. Product coverage will include cash bonds, convertible bonds, credit derivatives, foreign exchange, interest rate swap and a range of other derivative products.
The successful candidate should be a degree holder with at least 5-7 years experience in sales middle office or client servicing roles. You possess sound communication and interpersonal skills and are able to manage internal and external clients effectively. Previous Fixed income experience is highly regarded. The candidate should also be comfortable and offer constructive ideas & escalations to mitigate risk in the business . English Fluency is essential.
