Head of Compliance (ref 0802-59LT)
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing the compliance and corporate secretarial department (4 staff members) of the company and you will :
ensure appropriate quality of the risk management and compliance programs
oversee their development, implementation, review and revision
monitor applicable regulatory changes and provide effective change management
act as primary liaison with regulatory agencies and advisors on risk and compliance related issues
oversee the funds corporate secretarial functions
ensure appropriate support in product development and management.
Your profile:
at least 5 years experience within the Fund industry in a compliance or legal role
knowledge of funds set up, corporate secretary function
previous experience in setting up KPIs and of change management
must have initiative to constantly improve processes.
good understanding of operational controls framework
fluent written and spoken English and French
