Job description Is responsible (under supervision of Manager Relationship Management and/or Sector Principal) for quality and depth of client relationships and overall financial performance of wholesale clients in the assigned (sector based) client portfolio and within the framework of the sector policy. Is concerned with acquiring new profitable business and developing, encouraging and continuing business relations. May act as the ING representative to the client typically up to CFO level, and originates deals within his portfolio, co-ordinates and supervises the (local) deal team and activates the product specialists. May provide support to the Manager RSM and/or Sector Principal. The portfolio of the RSM exists of mainly LAM relations. Is primary responsible for the (local) client relationship. Skills, knowledge and experience are still in progress upped to the level of the requirement of the Senior RSM. 2. Responsibilities • Implements sector specific strategy for his client portfolio. Portfolio of mainly LAM clients. • Responsible for optimal management assigned client portfolio. • Responsible for the CRP or (in accordance with PAM ) account plan. • Liaises closely with Senior RSM/Sector Principal. • Responsible for the credit quality for his portfolio • Responsible for the total revenues and EVA for portfolio, moderate EVA at Risk. • Responsible for marketing ING and his products within portfolio. • Act as the ING representative to the client up to CFO level. • Sells all products to local subsidiaries. • Negotiating, closing deals. • Acts as or appoints deal captain on local level • Responsible for approval. • Ensures quality of relevant client reporting. • Ensures quality of credit process. • Coaching of the (local)client deal team 3.
