Leading financial services consultancy is seeking a Project Manager with a deep background in derivatives and overseeing Murex system implementations. This could be across Murex MxG2000 v2.10 or 2.11 or of course Murex Mx v3.1. You will need to have a hands-on Murex background covering Business Analysis, gathering user requirements and setting up and configuring Murex for front, middle or back office. As an experienced Project Manager you will be able to run projects through the project life cycle managing people, budgets, risk and the end client. You will be as comfortable working with small or large teams or indeed teams comprising your own staff or client staff. As a senior level person, you will also have the opportunity to be involved in delivering presentations or getting involved in pre-sales work. Aside from your strong Murex background, a good understanding of some asset classes is paramount. This could include fx options, interest rate derivatives, equity derivatives or credit derivatives.
