Macquarie Energy Markets Division is seeking an analyst to join its Houston energy structured products team.
Responsibilities:
• Assisting our senior originators in developing client relationships and executing derivative and financing transactions
• Researching energy markets and providing clients with market commentary
• Performing due diligence and preparing detailed financial models for structured finance facilities
• Preparing client presentations
• Liaising with credit and legal to establish new client relationships and monitoring existing client credit and legal issues
Qualifications:
• 1-2 years experience in sales & trading, investment banking, or consulting
• Basic understanding of oil and gas production industry ideal
• Financial Analysis/Modeling skills
• Strong PowerPoint presentation skills
