They are now looking for three Investment Analysts to concentrate on European deals.
The role of the Investment Analyst is to be actively involved in analysis and execution of investments.
Principal Accountabilities
o Analysis of investment opportunities;
o Preparing financial models and investment papers
o Negotiating, structuring and closing deals;
You will work on all aspects of the deal making process and have full involvement in deals.
You will be able to create, manage and manipulate financial models immediately and without training and have a background of one or more of the following:
- investment banking professional
- private equity professional
You will have complete fluency in either German, French or Italian.
Candidates will have had an active involvement in major acquisitions for either private equity or industrial clients and be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of the key strategic issues involved at interview.
