As a Business Analyst for the Enterprise Resource Group, this position works closely with LaCrosse Global Fund Services Fund Accounting, Fund Administration and Cargill Value Services to support the initiatives of the fund accounting group. This position will be an active participant within the Advent development/support team, supporting the new system conversion, on-boarding of new clients and development of new reporting solutions.
Principal Accountabilities:
70% - Participate in analysis, design, testing and implementation of Advent Geneva solutions.
30% - Research, analyze and review initiatives related to the enhancement of current accounting processes. This will include any recent developments or policy changes impacting the fund accounting area of Global Fund Services.
Skills
Required:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
At least 3 years experience in fund accounting/reporting.
Proficient user of Microsoft Office, in particular, Microsoft Excel.
Strong communication and people skills at all levels of the organization.
Detailed oriented and able to handle multiple priorities with little supervision.
Proven analytical skills.
Strong teamwork and problem solving skills.
Experience with project management.
Understanding of financial instruments.
