My client has the market leading commodity risk management system among financial commodity trading firms and are seeking an Account Executive (with minimum of 4 years sales experience) to sell to clients across the world; top commodity hedge funds and financial institutions.
My clients System provides commodity risk management and market data to hedge funds, financial institutions and commodity suppliers and consumers. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and close sales to EMEA commodity suppliers and consumers and commodity trading businesses of hedge funds and financial institutions • Develop and execute EMEA sales strategy • Meet prospects and demonstrate software • Negotiate agreements
Requirements • A proven track record of at least 4 years achieving quota in sales of software applications. • Strong track record of success • Excellent oral and written communicating skills / high interpersonal skills • Facility with financial concepts and understanding of trading strategies, i.e. FX, Equities. • Track record of and willingness to generate business pro-actively • Entrepreneurial spirit / hungry / energetic Preferred • Strong contact base in commodity trading and risk management.
The candidate will be located in London however, there will be frequent travel to Europe and Asia.
