THE CLIENT: The business has grown, literally, through solid hard work over the last 12 years. The firm also provide fund management, stockbroking and wealth management advisory services to complement their Corporate Finance and Corporate Broking services.
THE ROLE:
As an Analyst in the Corporate Finance team you will be involved in executing IPO transactions, rights issues, private placements & secondary placings on either AIM or on the London Stock Exchange. You will also be involved in research and analysis, pitching to prospective clients and negotiating the arrangements and timetable for IPO’s. Good project management skills will be required to manage each transaction, managing the client’s expectations throughout. The firm are able to offer you support and guidance but are really looking for a self-starter who can take responsibility and deliver. Knowledge of the AIM listing rules would be very useful.
THE CANDIDATE:
Ideally you will have 1-2 years experience in either a transaction services / lead advisory capacity within an Accounting firm or have conducted Reporting Accountant work. Alternatively, you may also be working for a Broker or Investment Bank within their capital markets team.
