C# Analyst Developer to join a Equities Algorithmic Trading team. My client is a leading hedge fund based in London who specialize in high frequency algorithmic / systematic trading within the equity markets. The team is looking for an outstanding developer with an excellent education.
One of the worlds leading hedge funds is looking for a excellent C# developer to work on the GUI and Server - Side development of there high frequency algorithmic / systematic trading platform. Candidates should be a mid to junior C# developers who are looking to learn more about finance markets, develop their technical skills and work in a small dynamitic environment.
This is a front office trading role sitting with business users in the equities and futures teams. Your main responsiblity will be development of the server side algorithmic trading engines in C#. You will also be analysing trading performance strategies and engaging directly with traders to develop C# winforms GUI's.
You will also be working on developing a high frequency database framework in C# .net 3.5, and implementing market data feeds.
Candidates should be degree educated ideally in computer science to a 2:1 standard or above. Candidates should have experience using C# .net verions 2.0 or 3.0 or 3.5, Winforms, COM, SQL Server, Oracle and excellent OO design skills. You should have ability to in fast paced environment, work to deadlines and produce a high quality of code.
