As the Senior Manager, Sales & Service you will be responsible for management support of the staff in each national office and support the relationship manager. Other responsibilities include;
* Oversee the day to day operations of the Sales & Support Team which include new & existing business portfolio administration, pre-sale support of client relationship managers, quarterly reports, liaise with external custodians and facilitate transfer trades. * Developing, testing and implementing new procedures to accommodate changing business demands. * Analyze current processes and procedures as well as redesigning workflow to increase efficiently and performance management.
The successful candidate will have the following; * Management experience such as coaching, mentoring, performance feedback, recruiting, policy-making and procedures and process design. * A minimum of 5 years experience in a back office or administrative environment in financial services. * University degree and an MBA, CA, or CFA is considered an asset. * Energetic, dynamic, enthusiastic and a hard working attitude. * Open to travel. * Strong Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills as well as the ability to multi-task.
