Our client, a Life Insurance Company distributing its products in all the countries of the European Union, is looking for a Technical Accounting Specialist to reinforce their team and to bring added value to its Accounting Department.
THE ROLE
As a Technical Accounting Specialist you will have the following responsibilities:
Assist with accounting and analyze all relative financial statements and related data’s on an ongoing monthly basis.
Take part of various projects/analyses and prepare internal and external reporting.
Provide advices and assistance regarding accounting policies and practices and new systems developments.
Control and respect accounting policies, practices and procedures.
Be part of projects together with senior management.
Manage and develop a team in order to enhance their technical accounting
THE PROFILE
University degree (bac +4) in business/accounting or finance.
A previous experience of 7 years in a similar position.
Knowledge of IFRS.
Certified Public Accountant qualification is an advantage.
