Our client is a leading private equity firm which has raised over $11billion and invested in nearly 300 businesses in Europe and the US. The fund focuses on private, profitable, later-stage companies with significant growth potential and typically invests $5m to $500 million in equity in any one business. It is looking to add a Polish, Hungarian or Romania speaking Analyst /Associate with fluent written and spoken English to its London based team. The successful candidate will work directly with the senior team members on all aspects of the transaction and will have a particular focus on sourcing and building relationships with corporates across Europe as part of a sustained origination programme. This is a two to three year position that will suit self motivated individuals with exceptional communication skills who are ambitious and driven to develop and win successful investment mandates.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate the following:
Top academic achievement at undergraduate level
Experience from within private equity, investment banking or management consultancy from internships or permanent positions
Confident and credible communicator with strong sale skills are essential
Fluency in Polish, Hungarian or Romanian, as well as fluent written and spoken English
Personal achievements demonstrating commitment and self discipline
Must be able to demonstrate consistent development throughout their professional career and a hunger to meet and exceed targets.
