This leading opportunistic real estate fund is looking for an analyst with 1/2 year’s experience to join their highly rated investment team in London working on Pan- European corporate real estate transactions.
You must have a 1st class degree from a recognized university within a Mathematical or Engineering subject and posses excellent analytical and modeling skills relevant to your experience.
You will currently be working in a Mergers and Acquisitions, preferably on the real estate side for a leading institution, alternatively you will be working in a similar real estate private equity or fund environment.
A second European language is ideal (German, French, Spanish, Italian) as is the desire/ commitment/ motivation to be part of one of the best real estate investment teams in Europe.
You will be exposed to all aspects of the transactions from cradle to grave including exit. You will also be given 1st class training and given the opportunity for quick career progression.
