VP Interest Rate & Commodity Derivatives Sales - $125K to $150K plus bonus Responsibilities: - Responsible for Interest Rate Derivative and Commodity Derivative Sales.
- Price Interest Rate Derivatives and Commodity Derivatives.
- Maintain Client Relationships and Relationships with Account Officers.
- Price and promote Interest Rate and Commodity Derivative transactions to both existing and potential clients with a focus on corporate clients.
- Gather market information.
- Maintain compliance with internal and external bank laws.
- Must handle customer information discreetly.
Requirements: - Undergraduate degree is required.
- MBA degree is highly desirable.

VP - Credit Review - $100K - $110K plus bonus (NJ) Responsibilities: - Participate in all aspects of credit reviews of commercial and specialized lending groups
- Supervise activities of staff by reviewing reports containing the results of credit reviews
- Discuss potential and problem loans or material credit issues with Management
- Ensure consistent application of the risk rating process throughout the various business units of the Bank
- Proactively recommend changes to Bank’s lending policies and procedures
- Maintain current knowledge of all policies and procedures related to lending, credit rating and Self-Assessment and problem loan monitoring
- Maintain current knowledge of developments in the industry, profession and regulatory environment, Analyze topical issues and new or pending laws/regulations that directly affect the areas of responsibility

Requirements: - 5 years experience in credit review, lending and/or credit administration either with a financial institution of US banking regulatory agency

Associate – Corporate Advisory Group $70K - $80K plus bonus Responsibilities: - Assist in originating M&A opportunities with strong focus on cross border M&A transactions
- Track targeted industries to search corporate strategic trends and potential M&A opportunities
- Conduct corporate valuation of targeted companies or business
- Coordinate and lead due diligence process and lead documentation process
- Contribute to enhance M&A presence and quality of M&A advisory services.

Analyst / Associate / AVP - Credit Analyst in Project Finance (2 openings) - $48K - 70K plus bonus Associate / AVP - Credit Analyst in Project Finance (2 openings) - $75K - $92K plus bonus
Resposibilities: - Manage the day-to-day activity of a portfolio of loans and supervise analysts in portfolio management
- Work with applicable Relationship Managers and other front/mid office groups as well as Credit Dept.
- Provide assistance on new credit applications by writing up transactions, reviewing documentation and modeling financial statements and cash flow analysis
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations for new deal pitches
Requirements: At Analyst Level - - Up to 4 years historical and current project finance experience with emphasis on the infrastructure space; Latin American experience a plus
- Structuring, credit analysis, communication and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word as well as experience in financial modeling
- Ability to multi-task, work independently and cooperatively with the ability to meet deadlines.
AVP – Internal Audit - $75K - $85K plus bonus (NJ) Responsibilities: - Manage, assist and complete audits within budgeted time and hours, including all deliverables in compliance with Internal Audit department
- Supervise assigned staff
- Communicate audit findings to the auditee and audit management
- Prepare draft of audit report and CAP
- Follow up on corrective action plans
- Meet with auditee management to discuss risk and control environments
- Coach and train audit staff as necessary
- Provide feedback on staff performance upon completion of assignments and for the annual evaluation
- Audit planning and development of the audit plan by providing input for Risk Assessments
- Participate in special projects at the request of the Chief Auditor
Requirements: - 5-7 years experience in auditing risk management, trading and investment banking businesses

Analyst/AT/AVP – Global Corporate Investment Department (3 openings) $48K - $92K plus bonus Responsibilities include: - Analyze and write reports on assigned industries and corporations from the viewpoint for credit risk management and/or provide information to senior management of the Bank

- Review, monitor and analyze risk elements of existing and new clients covered by pre-approved list.

Requirements: - Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in financial services industry, preferably in banking, investment banking, securities, asset management and/or insurance industry. Candidate with diversified industries, or leverage finance background is also encouraged to apply.
