The firm currently seek a Performance Analyst to join their London team. The purpose of the role is to be responsible for the provision of effective, detailed and technical consultancy and to enable provision of a services, performance, analytics and ex post risk management service to support the company’s business units.
You will be involved in performance reporting, attribution and analysis and will work with the performance team to design appropriate processes and schemes to take account of customers needs.
Duties include: • Assist in the production analytics/ technical/ customer services by ensuring that systems and applications run smoothly and are set up correctly • Implement changes and improvements to the procedures and processes to cope with a rapidly evolving investment environment • Interact with other departments and external software vendors and suppliers to find solutions to optimize the data delivery (and therefore Performance) process • Provision of systems and application support to the performance team.
To be successful in this role you will be degree educated with a high level of academic achievement and have or be studying toward a relevant professional qualification such as IMC or CFA.
You will be highly numerate with excellent written and verbal communication skills and have strong system skills with VBA and SQL experience.
