This is a ‘hands on’ role which would give you an excellent exposure to the origination and execution of investments. You will be supporing the existing CEE Directors and Partners to strengthen the firms presence in this region.
Your role will include but is by no means limited to the following:
- Evaluating investment opportunities through basic financial and commercial analysis.
- Modelling transactions using analytical tools.
- Providing deal execution support to the deal teams
- Interacting with clients, bankers, advisors and management teams.
Strong mechanical modelling skills including leveraged buyout modelling and discounted cash flow valuation is required. You will have an excellent Academic track record and 1-2 years experience as an analyst within a ‘bulge bracket bank’ or a large Private Equity house. A successful candidate will have sound knowledge of investment markets and be competent at negotiating terms. First Class Communication and Relationship Building Skills are essential and a good general exposure to all the key products across ECM and DCM are preferred.
