The Associate will work out of our client's Moscow and Warsaw offices and will be a member of the CEE LBO team. He/she will be directly involved in the research, analysis and execution of investments in a broad range of sectors and CEE countries. He/she will carry out due diligence on transactions and could occasionally be involved in investments outside his/her geographical focus. In all cases candidates should have strong potential for doing deals and will need to display a keen entrepreneurial spirit, along with strong drive and motivation to achieve their goals. They will be very focused on value creation and will be able to operate as individuals, but within a team framework. The ideal candidate will possess: - First class academic record from a top university - Relevant financial and business analysis skills gained from within a leading international investment bank, strategy consulting firm or private equity fund. - Strong analytical skills - Advanced financial modelling skills - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills: Pro-active, dynamic, highly motivated and team oriented. - Fluency in English as well as a Central and Eastern European language – preferably Russian, Polish and/or Romanian - is a must.
