Support the Central Planning & Business Development Team to execute and implement the strategic development plan for the Group as assigned by the Group Chief Operating Officer and Station General Director. Reporting to Central Business Development Senior Manager: Evaluate local channel launches, acquisition targets and strategic initiatives. Evaluate new territory acquisition targets Support Central Business Development Senior Manager with the entire project management of the strategic target/initiatives, post acquisition project management and post acquisition stabilisation and integration into the group. Key Accountabilities Project manage the execution and implementation of the strategic target/initiatives including: - developing the business plan/valuation model
- undertaking commercial / operational due diligence
- coordinating financial and tax due diligence
- liaising with legal team (legal DD)
- drafting Board paper on the transaction to obtain company Board approval
Post acquisition project management Post acquisition stabilisation and integration into Company Track progress of acquired strategic target/initiatives against original business plan Ad hoc projects as assigned by Central Business Development Senior Manager. Skills Knowledge and Experience: - Strong understanding of financial modeling
- MBA qualified useful
- Very strong comunication skills, strong use of tact and diplomacy.
- Media / comunications knowledge useful
