Client Services Associate English/ German Speaking (ref 0807-110ET)
CCD until January 2010 - might become permanent
you will :
provide administrative and operational advice to an assigned group of clients
develop solid working relationships with clients, intermediaries and internal departments
ensure smooth service when taking on new clients
answer institutional client queries or complaints which may arise
meet clients to discuss administration issues and solicit feedback on service.
proactively help other team members when necessary
your profile:
1 to 2 years financial services experience, gained either in a client services, operations or investment management support role
fluent English and German, both written and spoken. French or Dutch is considered as an advantage
excellent client services skills
outstanding communication skills - both written and oral
super team player
