The Global Financial Sponsors group works closely with all industry and product groups throughout the Firm to serve the diverse needs of private equity and leveraged buyout (LBO) firms. The group consists of more than 90 dedicated professionals worldwide.The successful candidate will need:
A working knowledge of the Consumer, Retail & industrial team. As these are the main sectors across which he/she will be focused
Lead transactions from origination to execution with a strong deal list.
Lead all clients pitches
Structure and execute transactions ensuring the duediligence and documentation are completed. The ideal candidate will have the following:
