We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own a substantial P&L and grow an income line to meet ambitious growth targets. They will take responsibility for the new product development and innovations strategy and delivering compelling consumer propositions. They will deliver strong customer acquisition/retention results and maximise up/cross-sell opportunities, using customer insight to proactively improve business performance.

Candidate must be able to demonstrate:
Strong financial management experience - P&L ownership, budget management and understanding of the levers of a profitable business
Strong analytical and business planning experience (a numerical degree from a respected higher education institution is an advantage)
Customer insight and centricity - ability to target, interpret and act on information to improve customer value and experience
Market and competitor analysis - awareness of competitor activity and market conditions, enabling rapid, adaptable strategic change
NPD and innovations exposure, with the ability to design and change a product set to meet customer requirements
Excellent stakeholder management skills and cross-functional exposure
