You will support the Claims team (Back-Office) for Germany & Switzerland (15 employees) ensuring high levels of quality and productivity, coaching and developing the team and working with other business functions to improve processes and communication.
Responsibilities
Manage team / department to ensure achievement of 100% of client service level agreement's on claims processing Responsibility for the administration and maintenance of the claims functions including customer service functions Work with commercial team to ensure the claims process is considered in all new product launches and that the claims team receives appropriate training Build effective operational relationships with clients to ensure the speedy resolution of issues Work with our Management team, IT and Management Information departments on system and reporting requirements/improvements Manage the productivity and flexibility of the team in terms of knowledge and skill-set
Education & Experience
Fluency in German and good English language skills (written and spoken) Strong experience in supervising a team of 10 or more people, ideally in Financial Services University degree ideal or qualified by experience Commercial awareness and business focus Relevant medical/claims qualification Strong coaching and motivational skills Good team player
