Responsibilities: Conduct fundamental equity research, leading to timely, quality investment recommendations. Frequent communication with global investment team to enable out-performance of client portfolios relative to benchmarks and industry peers.
Analysts will focus on specific industry sectors and companies in the Asia region. Research is a respected and distinct career path at our company. As a member of the Growth Equities team, the Analyst will report to Director of Research, Japan Growth Equities.

Qualifications:
• The Growth Equities Analyst will be based in Tokyo • Some regional travel required • Fluent Japanese language required, with strong English skills a plus • 4-6 years minimum experience in growth equity research (small/mid-cap) required • MBA and/or CFA/CMA preferred.
