Power, Utilities & Energy - SE Europe/Central Asia focus. London based.
This is a highly transactional oriented role where you are afforded the opportunity to play a leading role in originating, structuring and executing deals. Using the full range of financing structures and instruments available to this financial institution, you will be involved in the full project life cycle.
The role requires a significant amount of ongoing interaction which must be supported by a strong network combined with the ability to build thereon. You will be required to develop contact bases within Government authorities, regulators, local utilities and local and international sponsors. In addition, the maintenance of relationships in the electricity and gas distribution sectors is essential to the success of this role.
Working with a cohesive team of people, your demonstrable track record in a recognised, international financial institution will be of huge value. It is imperative that you can substantiate a proven track record of project delivery, with definitive hands on transactional experience as opposed to pure oversight. Banking/lending and credit skills combined with knowledge and experience of the power sector are pre-requisites as is emerging markets experience.
