Responsibilities
• Lead analysis and reporting strategy to bring clarity to market conditions.
• Development of testing methodologies to improve customer base.
• Work cross functionally with other internal analytic teams in order to leverage all the insight, tools and expertise that are available.
• Continually push the organization to think strategically about measurement and analysis.
• Build and manage a dedicated team, as well as making hiring recommendations/decisions when appropriate.
• Continuous planning, goal setting, and program development.
Qualifications
• Master's degree in Statistics, Quantitative Management, Econometrics, etc., or the equivalent in training and experience.
• Credit Card, Banking, or Personal/Student Lending industry experience preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years professional work experience performing applied statistical analysis and modeling or research design using statistical software in mainframe or PC environments.
• Highly developed SAS programming skills.
• Experienced with SQL .
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Highly developed written and oral communications skills.
