Ernst & Young in Edinburgh currently has exciting and challenging opportunities available in its Financial Services Audit team, specialising in Investment Management and Funds Auditing.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a large Financial Services business unit as an Audit Executive or Assistant Audit Manager, and experience the significant growth plans in Scotland.
This role is based in Edinburgh and will involve working mainly on Regulated Fund Clients as well as a variety of clients on investment and corporate trust audits and other investment management areas.
You will provide support to the team in efficiency and productivity of managing an engagement, as well as demonstrating strong commercial awareness that consists of the latest industry knowledge and trends.
Experience / Qualifications *ACA/ CA/ ACCA (ICAEW, ICAS, Irish Institute or equivalent international qualification) - preferably first time passes *Degree qualified *External Audit experience *Relevant Financial Services industry experience - in particular experience gained in Investment Management e.g Fund Accounting, Unit trusts, Investment trusts is highly desirable *If your Financial Services experience is not in the Investment Management/Funds sector but you wish to apply, you should demonstrate on application and at interview why you are interested in moving into this specialist area within Financial Services audit
