Transaction Banking, Local Product Management - Security Services
Job Responsibilities
To identify local strategies to respond to opportunities to grow revenues and threats identified for Security Services Management
To build business cases and identify opportunities for new products and services requirements in Security Services Management
To work with key stakeholders and other functions to ensure that products are rolled out and delivered in an efficient and effective manner, minimizing operational risks whilst maximizing customer service
Provide training on existing and new product functionality, programmes and legal documentation to Sales, RMs, Solution Delivery, CSG and Service Delivery
To monitor and forecast the Security Services Management budget (revenue & costs) in partnership with Transactional Sales and the Head – Transaction Banking. To monitor, market share and growth of CR businesses in Security Services Management
To compile the analysis and understanding of the local market including customer needs and behavior, competitive offerings and the local regulatory environment
Efficient maintenance of the relevant country product databases such as the PPG database, Product Directory, Pricing Tariff and Guidelines and Network Services Guide
Skills & Experience
University graduate with minimum 8 years' banking experience, preferably in corporate banking segment
Sound knowledge of Security Services Management products, banking practices and regulations
Strong communication skills with ability to influence key stakeholders particularly in senior management positions
Focused individual who at the same time is able to work in a challenging and dynamic environment
Knowledge of the banks software systems, technology infrastructure and development policies and guidelines
Ability to translate group strategies/initiatives into local operational plans
