The Asset Management division comprises three main business areas, which are supported by an integrated, global investment and research platform: DB Advisors - Institutional Asset Management, DWS Investment - Retail Asset Management, RREEF - Alternative Asset Management. RFP Writer/Team Leader Accurately positions DB Advisors products and services in Requests for Proposals. This position is an integral part of the Business Development team within Consultant Relations. The primary responsibility is to lead a team of RFP writers responsible for creating well-written, timely, accurate and marketing-oriented investment proposals that enable DB Advisors to advance to the next step in the manager evaluation/hiring process. The primary responsibilities of the RFP Team Leader position are listed below: • Support the business development and client retention efforts of the Institutional business, as well as the Insurance Products Group. • Oversee the completion and submission of high quality, accurate and timely information to investment management consultants, clients and prospective clients. • Qualify and assign RFPs, prioritize the team’s workflow, and communicate timely updates to sales team and other internal contacts. • Work with Sales, Client Service, and/or Consultant Relations to understand opportunity and required positioning of RFP/RFI • Coordinate reviews and approvals as necessary (i.e. legal, compliance, investment group, etc.) • Work with Subject Matter Experts to ensure all firm/product updates are reflected in Strategic Content database • Document and file RFP/RFI as required by the Procedures Manual • Ensure team is trained on all products and services, as well as understands products and services of key competitors. • Other projects and tasks as assigned.
