- European Investment Bank - Real Estate Loan Administration Experience - Must be Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese Responsibilities: - Assist in managing real estate loan portfolios on various aspects in the region including review loan documentation, liaise with relationship manager, facility agent, participant, legal counsel, insurance company & etc to ensure a smooth operation of the portfolios.
- Handle request from borrower ranging from cash management to tenancy approval and submit recommendation for relationship manager’s approval.
- Monitor representations, undertakings associated with loan contract, receipt of required information and compliance of loan agreement.
- Monitor application of proceeds in accordance with waterfall payment requirements.
- Review of Loan-to-Value Ratio, Debt Service Coverage Ratio & checking borrower’s calculation of relevant expenses and revenues as defined in loan contract.
- Review of borrower’s budget and discussion with relationship manager on budget issue.
- Regular report to relationship manager including covenant monitoring.
Requirements: - Relevant working experience in loan administration.
- Fluent in written & spoken English & Chinese (including Mandarin).
- Good communication skills.
- Highly computer literate.
- Proven ability to work independently, able to work in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment.
