-Excellent Opportunity to get into Hedge Fund -Fixed Income Focus Our client is a newly set up hedge fund firm with top professionals in their team. They analyze and invest in opportunities in a wide array of countries and industries. With recent expansion plan to establish Hong Kong as their regional office, they are now seeking for a high calibre to join their team. Based in Hong Kong, the role holder will provide dedicated support for the Fixed Income Trading team in Hong Kong. Main responsibilities are setting up of all booking instruments, ensuring all trades are booked and settles correctly without issues, handling the daily reconciliations as well as liaising with all internal & external parties where necessary (in respect to all trade support issues). At the end of the day, you act as the bridge between front and back offices to ensure trades are processed promptly and accurately from post-execution confirmations to settlements, and ready to perform all Ad-Hoc desk functions. To be considered, you will be a degree holder with 3 to 5 years of Operations and Trade Support experience in Fixed Income products with reputable investment banks. You must demonstrate strong product knowledge in Fixed Income and Derivatives products. Aside from strong analytical skills, you must also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English and Cantonese is a must.
