Hong based single strategy fund looking for experienced sales people.
Position could eventually be based in Hong Kong. Client is looking for experienced salespeople looking to market and raise funds for a startup fund with apprx 200mm in committed capital. The fund specializes in distressed or special situation investing - therefore experience in that arena is strongly preferred however not mandatory.
This position requires the ideal candidate to develop and maintain relationships with Hedge Fund Managers and Sales Professionals (active pipelines preferred). The ideal candidate will be asked to bring new moneys into the fund and compensations will be discussed accordingly...several options mentioned are equity points and input on investment committee.
