To provide a broad range of paralegal and other support services including:
Review and drafting of standardized contracts and agreements including non-disclosure agreements, consultancy contracts, letters of intent and parent company guarantees;
Review and drafting of corporate materials including minutes of company meetings and related documentation, powers of attorneys;
Assistance with the establishment and maintenance of satellite offices;
Investigating and drafting of memorandums including those concerning impacts of new or existing regulatory or statutory provisions, licensing requirements;
Managing the filing systems of the Legal Department;
Preparing materials for execution and managing the execution process;
Providing other support services including preparation for meetings, travel arrangements;.
Professional Skills
Preferably 1-2 years experience as a paralegal with a reputable international company or internationally recognized law firm
Preferably university degree and/or specific training as a paralegal
Preferably common law legal background
