Our client a leading investment bank are recruiting a blackbelt level or equivalent, with Financial Services experience, to support and further develop the existing Lean Six Sigma programme.The programme has been running for over two years and is now well established in most parts of Operations. Responsibilities include:* Project delivery * Ensure projects and benefits are aligned with business objectives * Coach and develop Green Belts * Deliver own projects and lead cross-functional operational teams focusing on improvement initiatives * Identify improvement opportunities to the operational area managers * Support the monthly reporting and preparation of material * Support future Green Belt training and delivery, plus further development of the programme * Maintain programme governance, including benefits tracking * Engage key stakeholders and roll out into remaining Operations areas. We are looking for the following skills: Technical Lean/Six Sigma/Operational process improvement skills * Green Belt/Black Belt certification preferable but it is essential to have a proven working knowledge of the main Lean/Six Sigma tools in sufficient detail to coach Green Belts * Good analytical skills and numerically literate, MS Office * Change management experience * Experienced and capable change agent, with coaching experience * Delivered a minimum of 2-3 Black Belt or equivalent projects * Manages stakeholders well and engages them where necessary * Very strong people skills; communicating, influencing, listening, coaching * Ability to drive projects through influencing people and uses own initiative * Comfortable in dealing with senior management, both reporting to them and potentially challenging their thinking
