Our client is an established and highly successful Investment Bank with significant global presence. Due to continued expansion in Asia Pacific, it is seeking a dynamic individual for its operations strategic change management team, based in Singapore.
This is an exciting and visible role where you will manage a team to deliver strategic change programmes and initiatives within the Global Operations group for Equities and Fixed Income Securities. You will work in partnership with Regional Product Processing Heads and Senior Global Operations Management to define and deliver strategies to aid in supporting business growth and realising processing efficiencies. You will have end-to-end responsibility for the project, from planning to delivery (including business analysis and validation support), as well as change management and active communication with relevant stakeholders.
You are degree qualified with at least 10 years' experience, including strong financial services project management experience, ideally gained in investment banks. You possess strong business analysis, project management and client relationship management skills. You have strong leadership abilities, is delivery focused and have strong communication and influencing skills.
