The team offer a unique approach and capability in advising on transactions; - An exceptionally hands on approach by senior staff in delivering client objectives - Deep commercial and operational understanding of the financial services sector - A transparent, long term and relationship driven attitude towards clients High deal flow and a healthy pipeline have led for the need to make a hire and the successful candidate will have; - 5 to 7 years of M&A experience - The desire to work in the financial services sector with previous experience being desirable rather than essential - The drive and ambition to work well within a small team environment - The ability to handle a great deal of responsibility and client exposure from the start - Excellent written and communication skills This is a great opportunity to join a well established corporate finance advisory firm, who has ambitious growth plans for the future.
